The Open House orientation provides an overview of homelessness and homeless services in New York City, Partnership history and programs and volunteer opportunities.Client Service and Shelter Training
The Client Service and Shelter Training is for volunteers who have attended the Open House and who are at least 18 years and older. The training is organized into two sections. The first section includes information about our homeless clients and guidelines for effectively serving them. The second section provides more information about volunteering in a shelter.
All Volunteer Open Houses and Client Service and Shelter Trainings take place at:
