Types of Donations

Gifts "in Honor of" and "in Memory of"
Honorary and Memorial gifts are a wonderful way to pay tribute to someone. When you send in such a request, we will send a note to the "honoree" or contact person you designate, saying that you have made this contribution to pay tribute to the person. You will of course need to provide the honoree's or contact person's name(s) and address information. You will find a comments section on the donation form where you can indicate that you are making your gift "in honor of" or "in memory of" someone who is important to you.

Matching Gifts
Here's the easiest way to double your support! Many corporations will "match" your gift to The Partnership. By matching employee gifts, businesses ensure that their charitable resources support causes important to their employees and the community. Visit the Corporate Giving section of this site to view a list of companies that have matched gifts to The Partnership.

To find out if your company will match your gift to The Partnership, visit your company's Human Resources or Personnel department and mail the matching gift form to us with your gift and we will do the rest.

Gifts of Stock
Donating shares of stock is simple. Most transactions are done electronically within 24 hours, and will greatly benefit both you and The Partnership.

Gifts Via Your Will
Also known as a Bequest, you can impact The Partnership's work in a significant and lasting way by naming The Partnership as the beneficiary (or one of the beneficiaries) in your will. This type of commitment speaks volumes to your belief in The Partnership, and we appreciate this meaningful gesture of support.

In-Kind Gifts
In-kind donations are a fantastic way to help provide The Partnership with much needed resources. Donations of computer equipment (e.g., scanners, PCs, printers, etc.), office furniture and other supplies are always useful and appreciated.

Inquiries about in-kind donations you would like to make should be directed to Development Director, Paula Pressley at 212-645-3444 ext. 110 or ppressley@pfth.org. All in-kind donations to The Partnership are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
